04CHILDREN'S DATA
Santa's Dinner Club is a family event. When you book tickets for children, you may provide us with information about them including age, dietary requirements and accessibility needs. This data is collected and processed solely for the purpose of managing your booking and ensuring an appropriate experience for all guests.
We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. All bookings must be made by an adult aged 18 or over (the Lead Booker).
Children's data is handled with the same care and security as all other personal data and is not used for any marketing purposes.
05PAYMENT DATA
All payments are processed securely by our ticketing and payment providers. We do not store, see or have access to your full card details. Payment data is handled in accordance with PCI DSS standards by our payment processors.
Our current ticketing platform is Ticket Tailor. Please refer to Ticket Tailor's privacy policy for information on how they handle payment data.

We share your data only where necessary with the following trusted third-party service providers:
- Ticket Tailor — our ticketing platform, which processes bookings and payments
